Surveys, Polling & Quizzes
Collecting information from attendees is an integral part of hosting an event. EventBuilder's survey tool lets you conduct surveys, quizzes and polls before, during or after your event.
EventBuilder gives you powerful information gathering capabilities in three areas:
Survey questions - These can be asked before or after your event. Answers to these will show up after the event in the reports section of your account.
Polling questions - These are interactive and they can occur at any time during the live event. When you or your presenters log into EventBuilder at the time of the event, you will be taken to a web page that allows you to both ask questions and, as the audience answers them, immediately see the results. If your event is to be automatically archived after it is over, then any polling questions you asked during the live event will be asked again automatically when viewed on demand.
Quizzes and tests - Quizzes and tests are made up from multi-choice questions that have one correct answer.
When creating the questions and answers for your quiz or test, you will be asked to select which of your answers is correct. When participants answer these questions, EventBuilder will keep track of their score and will make the results available in the reports section of your account. If you have multiple questions, EventBuilder willl allow you to set a passing grade by entering a percentage. EventBuilder can also send a customizable email notifying participant of their results.
