Getting started is easy
Live Meeting is a hosted service that requires a quick, one-time download for presenters and attendees. It takes just minutes to get up and running, so you can start hosting meetings right away. To start a meeting, you simply log into your Live Meeting account, upload your presentation materials and go. It's that easy. Your attendees log-in from from their PCs and from there you can kick off a project, brainstorm ideas, edit files, collaborate on whiteboards, and more.

EventBuilder web meeting packages include unlimited use of Express Audio, the best in reservationless, two-way (everyone can talk at the same time) audio conference calls.
With Express Audio, each user is assigned an individual toll-free number with a PIN number for the presenter and one for participants. Presenters simply dial the toll-free number and enter their PIN to activate the teleconference call. Participants use their PIN to join the call.

Presenters can completely control the audio portion of the web meeting using Audio Control Panel. Audio Control Panel allows presenters to see who has dialed in or disconnected in real-time, mute/unmute individual callers, lock/unlock the call, disconnect individuals or end the entire call with the click of the mouse. Upon completing the call, presenters can use Audio Control Panel to request call tracking reports.

EventBuilder allows you to choose from a range of event notification options, including email, calendar reminders, voice mail, SMS text message reminders and RSS feeds.
