EventCasts allow you to schedule, produce and broadcast live events to any size audience anywhere in the world.
EventCasts deliver real-time video and audio content via a simple to use studio-in-a-box deployed to your event location. EventCasts are designed for any organization that wants to broadcast live events over the web simply, cost-effectively, and with professional quality.
How does it work?
By installing EventCast you can remotely produce and transmit any AV content live over the Internet. EventCast consists of audio and video production, recording and broadcast software running on an EventCast server connected to up to 4 cameras and multiple microphones. Eventbuilder.com provides you with an EventCast server when you sign up for the service. This server requires a broadband Internet connection and a connection to your facility's existing audio and video equipment. If you do not have AV equipment, then you can purchase the equipment directly from us or we can recommend products and suppliers that meet our specifications and requirements.
When it is time to broadcast an event, the EventCast server will automatically connect to the EventBuilder.com network, streaming your event to your audience. EventCast can also record your session and automatically post the recording to your StoreFront™ managed by EventBuilder.com.
What is included?
Security
EventCast will protect your broadcasts and recordings through a highly secure and customizable registration system. Secure ecommerce capability is also included, allowing you to charge for access to your recordings or live broadcasts.
Branding
Display your corporate branding, logo and color scheme on all customer facing EventCast invitations, StoreFront pages, e-mail reminder notices, polls, quizzes, surveys, follow up notices and pre and post event communications.
Audience management
EventCast allows you to control and customize audience registration, polls, surveys and Q&A.
Training
We work with you or your AV vendor to ensure a smooth installation of the EventCast server. Once the server is installed, we believe that you will find the EventCast interface intuitive and easy to use. However, we also offer online training and printed materials that demonstrate how to successfully plan, promote, produce, and archive an EventCast.
